show moreThe highlight of the day was the thrilling Men's Pro Singles championship match between Ben Johns and Tyson McGuffin. The two pickleball superstars battled it out in a intense, back-and-forth contest that had the crowd on the edge of their seats. Johns, known for his incredible speed and agility, kept McGuffin on his toes throughout the match with his quick reflexes and precise shots.
However, McGuffin, with his powerful serves and aggressive style of play, refused to go down without a fight. The match went to a decisive third game, where Johns managed to secure a hard-fought victory, winning the championship title with a final score of 11-6, 9-11, 11-7.
The Women's Pro Singles championship was equally exciting, with Simone Jardim claiming the title after a strong performance against her opponent, Corrine Carr. Jardim's experience and strategic play proved too much for Carr, as she cruised to a straight-game victory (11-4, 11-6).
The event also featured thrilling doubles matches, with the team of Lucy Kovalova and Matt Wright winning the Mixed Doubles Pro championship, while the duo of Simone Jardim and Corrine Carr took home the Women's Doubles Pro title.
