The element Air begins this meditation with the breath moving into and through areas of the body that are calling for attention. As the meditation progresses, there are layers of healing taking place, with the Air element grounding us down into our bodies and into the Earth. The Silver Light of Sirius shines above us bathing us in this powerful light, enriching our connection to benevolent beings above and around the Earth itself. As wisdom is channeled, Ascended Master Lord Jesus brings into our hearts and hands the Violet Flame of Transmutation, activating our hearts and hands to apply healing to ourselves and to the world. All are invited to travel through this meditation and discover innate healing abilities, and offer hope to the world for the pain it is experiencing during these times of tumultuous change.
