I was thoroughly enjoying the most blissful weekend, fully immersed in the highest vibes I'd ever experienced, and being wholly in the moment.

And then, I was suddenly pummeled with massive fear. Deep, terrifying thoughts of harm coming to my most loved human, my husband, screamed through my mind, and despite my best efforts, I couldn't seem to shift away from them.
