What is energy coaching? I hear you, getting dizzy with all the ways you are trying to FIGURE IT OUT. And don’t you worry, you are not the only one! I get asked this question all the time by the divine GEMS, Galactic Energy Magical Souls, inside of Devoted Energy Coaching School too. But Sora, what is energy coaching? How do I explain it?!?

Here is a little sneak peak of what I am sharing on today’s episode of the Devoted Way podcast about this very question:

Energy coaching is that in-between space where you are inviting your client to actually sense and witness the magic that resides within them. A space where they are given the permission to access their inner ability and wisdom to be their own healer.

You know how deeply I believe in each of us being our own healer, I mean that is the guiding light for the Magic and Medicine quiz is it not? The empowerment that comes when you deeply trust and believe in yourself to be your own healer is unmatched. Just imagine the power that gives to a client to have their coach before them, guiding them and believing in them to tap into their own magic and medicine.

Magic is real!

Why is it, as ever evolving beings, we expect ourselves to nail down in just a few sentences what we do and expect it never to change? And yes, there is a time and place for that beloved elevator pitch. Where you get to prattle off those words and feel like you stuck your landing! But maybe there’s space to allow for some nuance too.
