Eef van Dongen (NED) took the orienteering world by surprise, when she won the bronze medal as Knock-Out Sprint made its debut on the WOC-program in Denmark in 2022. 

In this podcast episode, she shares her memories from the day and look ahead to the upcoming World Orienteering Championships in Edinburgh, Scotland from July 12 - 16, 2024.

She also tells about the setup for the Dutch national team and their expectations in Scotland.
