Interview with Andy Sontag – Program Director for KaosPilot - Designing experiences that enable people and relationships to grow - Copenhagen, Capital Region, Denmark - (recorded May 2021)

Andy works together with talented producers and experience production teams to create the sought after Kaospilot Experience Design learning experience immersions. He holds workshops, work with clients and give talks globally.

Andy answered a few questions for us!
1. Andy you are currently based in Copenhagen, Capital Region, Denmark but you originally come from the US, am I right? As you probably know our audience is made of people from all over the world, and we are curious to know how you built your life abroad? Was it fascinating, challenging?
2. You are the Educator, the Mentor at Kaos Pilot and you create amazing innovative programs for future leaders. I was lucky to personally complete two of those programmes; “Experience Design” and “Become”. An incredible experience with brilliant unknown content, that you cannot very easily find on Google, and with some amazing people from all over the globe. How did you start to work at Kaos Pilot? How did you develop your skills and find your big WHY?

3. Can you please give us some suggestions as to what kind of skills we should look for to learn and move forward, to be more adaptable, to be ready for transformation?

4. Because you work with leaders from all over the globe have you spotted any global tendencies, directions that we as a civilization are going through? Which lessons we should learn?

5. Now, about connecting beautiful people together, open-minded and open-hearted people. I really love the idea and confidence you give to people when they join your programme. How they will build and develop brilliant relationships. How do you connect people Andy?

6. In terms of experience design, any tips or suggestions on how we can start, maybe even what does it mean, and how we can use it in our daily life?
