Tonight our very special guest is someone we want to welcome back to our podcast, Wade Lightheart. Wade and I have been friends for nearly 40 years and he inspired me to get back into running. Introduced me to a wonderful book titled Slowburn, and I have been running ever since. Wade can definitely inspire and we talk about that in tonight's episode. Wade works hard at what he does and loves taking on even more challenges, when people say something can't be done, Wade looks at it as why can't that be done? Now at 50 Wade is going back into a competition for Natural bodybuilding and planning on running a marathon within a short time of that competition. Saying these two things don't normally go hand in hand is a massive understatement. Wade is determined and has the mindset and dedication and by reading his books you could as well.
