Using the Forte Communication system, we know that we all prefer a different approach to 4 things:
☑️Decisions (Non-Dominant v Dominant)
☑️People (Introvert v Extrovert)
☑️Pace (Impatient v Patient)
☑️Systems (Non conformist v Conformist)
🗣Decisions: Collaborative vs. Take charge
🗣People: Think before talking (Introvert) vs. Talk to think (Extrovert)
🗣Pace: Make it happen now vs Take my time
🗣Systems: Big picture focused v Detailed oriented
You know which you prefer. What about what they prefer?
Speak their language to make an impact.
My husband is a patient, introvert. I am an impatient, extrovert. 🤯
He needs time to think things through, I want him to get to the point!
I love parties, he loves a quiet night with a small group of close friends.
