Robin shares her journey struggling to lose weight and yo yo dieting. She tells of her obsession with weight that led her to join "Overeaters Anonymous." Robin talks about her volatile relationship with food and the struggle to care for herself and release weight.
She shares how her life began to change when she desired change and started shifting her mindset to love and care for herself.
This discovery led her to seek out help to transform how her eating and begin an exercise program. Robin was able to release over 40 lbs and felt free to be herself and love life.
