"Be still and know that I am God" is a phrase you hear a lot. It's on coffee mugs, t-shirts, on the lips of friends who want to encourage you with a word of promise. They are a statement from the LORD who doesn't just want us to make ourselves be still, but to know that He is in control of all things. Listen in for further instruction on what it means to "be still". You are led in a simple exercise to slow down and receive a prayer over you.
