His transition from player to manager, to sporting department. Lutz talks about his vison for building a club, and why he believes that vision fit perfectly with the modest, hardworking values of the Midwest, and how it further aligned with the values and philosophies of the Taylor family and the way their businesses are run. Lutz explains that the club lives in two worlds, not three. Nothing can be done about the past, instead the focus is on only the present, and the future.
