This is the most vulnerable I have ever gotten on the podcast, by far. In this episode, I talk all about my sex life and the personal struggles and breakthroughs I have experienced over the last few years in this area of life.
Women, we need to keep talking about sex! Let's normalize this type of conversation so that we can end the stigma and so our daughters do not need to grow up in a world that shames women for being divine sexual beings.
If your sex life is not where you would like it to be, I hope this episode will give you some practical steps you can take to heal your sacral chakra and reconnect to your body.
