Today I turned 24 and reflected on the most powerful lessons I have learned throughout this last year. These experiences have led to deeply profound understandings of life and contributed to this being the best year I have ever had.
My intention behind this episode is to share my stories so that you may be able to apply them and benifit from them, and hopefully use them to help create the best years of your life.
I am beyond grateful to be blessed with another year on this planet and I love you all <3
