Welcome folks to a new school year and welcome to 4th Period U.S. History. Check your schedules and make sure that this is your correct class. If not, you might as well stay and learn something cool! This is a course covering early American History. This is the time from 1676-to 1930 and then some. This course does not shy away from facts, or those dark parts of history folks do not like to see. To understand the full scope of your past you must be willing to upturn every stone, regardless of what you find underneath. I work to make sure that all people of all background and beliefs are comfortable in my class, but be aware I take the side of people, planet, love, and health ever time, and will do so for you as well. So if you are wondering how we got to the state of the country we are in today, with fear and anger, then come listen and learn, and take what you hear into the world and be the change you think you can be or some stuff like that. I do not know. I just teach the stuff....
