Is it possible to initiate a self discovery journey that helps us move through ‘that which is harder to reach’? What kind of creative process could you embark on that would give you full permission to be as intense as necessary?

This Week's Challenge:
Amplification! Interface with your emotions through your creative expression. Intensify your drama! More, more, more…. MORE!!!
When we hit upon some stuck, dense energy in our system that we don’t know how to shift. How about viewing this density as an invitation to let the emotion lead and go ‘all in’ with a creative exploration? Choose a familiar modality/style of expression (dance, paint, voice, writing etc) choose something that allows you to relax and freeflow. Dance, write, paint until you feel a ‘shift’ . Let the form of expression ‘hold’ the energy of the emotion as it transmutes through an unfolding story (conscious or unconscious) or abstraction, symbols, gestures. Go with every suggestion -almost on autopilot - dreamy and surreal. Embody a delicate balance of surrender and curious attention. Let the intentional and amplified expression do its thing.
