Welcome to the fun run! Welcome to the fun run! This is a running workout series which you can take for your run to have a little bit structure and do something different than usual. I recorded it as a pure experiment. I shared it with few people and they enjoyed so I am sharing this with you. The quality of this series improves witch each next episode.

This is a running workout to spice up your run.
FUN RUN Session 2
Welcome to fun run! Today’s outdoor workout is combination of running, drills and few body weight
exercises.
What you will need for the workout:
- The Smartphone or mp3 player and headphones
- Running clothes and shoes
- I will ask you to find a bench, tree or stone you can use for a workout but don’t worry if you can’t
find it.
Workout Options:
15 ish minutes – I am new to running
30 ish minutes - I run
If you need a longer session, play the workout twice!
Exercises:
Walking Lunges *
Triceps Dips on the bench, grass or stone *
Tree Push Ups (just like normal push ups but hands are on the tree)
Stretches:
Forward Bend *
Quad Stretch *
Calf Stretch *
