In this episode of the Adrenal Fatigue Podcast, Danielle Zies + Angela Rocchio from the Adrenal Recovery Collective discuss SYMPTOM anxiety.
We discuss how Google can make it worse, why our hormones can make us even more of a hypochondriac, and how always worrying keeps us stuck in the stress cycle and thus, keeps us burnt-out and fatigued.
Angela shows us a breathing exercise that Navy Seals use to calm down their nervous systems in stressful situations, and you can use this too when you feel panicky about your symptoms.
For reference, common adrenal symptoms include:
- FATIGUE
- insomnia
- racing heart
- anxiety
- dizziness
- blood sugar issues
- sex hormone imbalance
- low libido
- associated thyroid issues
- stubborn weight gain
- inflammation and muscular pain
- sugar cravings
- and so many more.
