And we speak to Nigeria and Southampton forward Joe Aribo, who tells us about the disappointment of getting relegated with Southampton.
Also, Stuart looks at the impact that relegation has on clubs and communities, and a look at the role of reserve goalkeepers, many of whom spend most of the season sitting on the bench and hardly playing at all.
