Join me today as I talk about how to handle the difficult challenges in our life.  I am going to share with you 5 different types of adversity that we face in life and how to solve for them with ONE idea.  I coach so many people on struggle, and the difficulties in life and I am not naive to the fact that there are challenges and adversity but what I believe to be true is that we are naïve enough to think there shouldn’t be. If you find yourself dwelling about the past, worried about the future and unsettled in the present you are not going to want to miss this one.  If you find yourself pretty content, free from disappointment, doubt, fear (negative emotion) you are also not going to want to miss this one, because I am going to say something you are probably not going to want to hear.
