It seems that every time we turn around, another madman is engaging in a mass shooting and once again the story is on repeat, just on a different channel this time.
This time, the tragedy has taken place in Maine and the man who is suspected of the mass shooting, Robert Card, is someone who has spent time in a mental faciility recently, and has even threatened to blow up the military base he was stationed at as a reservist.
