Pam Holzman is a retired English teacher, a volunteer at the San Diego zoo, a wife, mother and the proud grandmother of four grandchildren. A typical avid reader of Christian nonfiction, only a few Christian fiction have succeeded in capturing the heart of this reader and one of them is A Writing Upon the Sand by J.M. Kirkley.


In this episode, Pam is excited to share her review about A Writing upon the Sand. While interviewing Pam, she confesses that this novel is far above her stereotypical expectations about books set during a hurricane. As we listen to this reader, she'll tell us about how she could relate with the struggles the characters in this book were passing through and how she was able to find some solace in the historical novel.  She will also go further to encourage anyone who is hurting to read A Writing upon the Sand by J.M.
