Mark, who runs MC Strength and Conditioning, wanted to do a fundraiser to highlight mental health issues and let people know help is out there. He's planning on doing a continuous hike up and down Crohaun Mountain in the Comeraghs, over a 24 hour period from 1pm Saturday January 30th to 1pm the following day.
