Cell Phone plus auxiliary cord to Vehicle Audio = Action Radio on your Radio! Patreon memberships:  https://www.patreon.com/ActionRadio Facebook page:   https://www.facebook.com/radiolegislature/ Twitter:  GregPenglis@ActionRadioGP Bill writing site:  www.WriteYourLaws.com ***** Show Notes:  5/7/20 Intro - The Fetke Report - with Bill Fetke.  We quickly got into a debate over education and that took most of the report.  I contend that parents need the vouchers if low income to have the resources to set up a home school, pay for a group home school, go to a private school, or any combination that is best for their children. 30:00 - The Art Report - with Wendy Arthur.  Today was a gripe that artists have no outlet for their work with the economy locked down for no reason.  Artists also don't have the same tax deductions as other businesses or for donations, and we need an Action Radio bill to deal with that issue. 45:00 - Founding Principles - with Anthony Nunez.  The big principles that went over into our discussion hour is that government has to maintain the separation of powers.  That the governors who are issuing "orders" flaws like a legislature - executed those laws like a dictator - and ruled all orders to be legal as a judge - when in reality they are a government of one, with all the powers of the whole government.  That is unconstitutional. 1:00:00 - Thursday Free for All Hour and Discussion.  Things were pretty normal until Margaret our favorite liberal, called in to challenge us.  Her contention was that during a Pandemic; the Constitution, the Civil Rights Act, and pretty much any law, can be suspended so the gov't can keep us "Safe."  That is completely wrong, and we tried to make that point, but it was a mess at the end of the show.
