Taylor Bowman had enough. The 21 year old Manitoba woman alleged that Jacob Hoggard, lead singer of Hedley, grabbed her outside a bar. She also heard several stories about in appropriate behaviour involving not only Hoggard, and but other members of the band.

That is the voice of Katie Summers. She is from #AmpMorningswithKatieandEd in Calgary 90.3. Last week, she shared her own experience with Jacob Hoggard. While there has been support, there has been criticism. By the way, I’m being diplomatic.

Stories like this are hard to hear. It’s uncomfortable. Perhaps we would rather have a smile and a bit of humour with our breakfast. But we need to talk about it.
