Alex Rodriguez has released a brand new show called Back In The Game on CNBC. The purpose of this show is to help former athletes who have gone broke and help them get back in the game by resurrecting their brands and becoming bonafide players in the world of business.

Alex's first opponent is Evander Holyfield. Evander lost over 200 million dollars during his boxing career to bad investments and bad business deals. Alex and Marcus Lomminus have hopes of restoring Evander's brand to a place of prominence in the business world.

In this podcast, we discuss some of the insecurities that Evander Holyfield faces with being placed in the leadership role of his business. We also discuss how culturally it could be a problem for Evander when doing business with folks who may not fully understand him or the culture he comes from.
