On this edition of Protected Speech, Jonathan Choe reports on the Amazon walkout in Seattle as workers want to continue working from home. Former San Francisco DA Chesa Boudin is now teaching criminal justice at UC Berkeley, while former Chicago Mayor Lori Lightfoot is now teaching at Harvard. Ravi Kapur reports on Indian opposition leader Rahul Gandhi's visit to the United States, which included stops in Silicon Valley, Washington DC & New York. The Scripps National Bee, affectionately called the Indian Super Bowl, took place and 10 of the 11 finalists were Indian American. Spelling Bee host Paul Loeffler joins Ravi & Choe right off the set to break down 14 year old Dev Shah's victory. The Nuggets top the Heat in Game 1 of the NBA Finals. And in another act of AAPI hate, a Pakistani American attorney decides to be petty towards Indian American spellers.
