Episode Audio interview Danny A. Rodriguez 23_NABD_9.47Hist_Freddie_C_Howard_Dr_Michael_McCorvey__c8b9009b75cf4bcfb2bfde235ca27775.mp3 The American Conscious My son has endured TWO (2) un-American and grave injustices, as Americans, we plead that this post leads to his draconian sentence for fake weed to be commuted. My wife and I are older and need him as does his wife and daughter. We pray for you mercy and support. Please Analyze: A) In 1994 my son Danny A. Rodriguez was sentenced to 22 years for a mere possession of a firearm (See Exhibit A, pg. 4, Judgment). Yet, in 2016, the supreme court ruled his sentence unconstitutional and he was resentenced to 10 years. Albeit to late, being that he (we) had by 2016 already nearly served the entirety of his 1994 illegal sentence. (See Exhibit. B, pg. 8, DE 201 2016 Judgment, and pg. 13, DE 202 Sentence is VACATED). These illegal 12 years of my son's life that he over served, he will never get back. Today another injustice against an American has occurred. B) In 2017 my son made a mistake which lead to him being sentenced to 33 years for his fringe participation in the sending to inmates an over-the-counter fake-weed: yet the founding conspiracy leaders Roy Kahn and Christopher Adams remain free. It is unexplainable. (See Exhibit C, pg. 16, 2017 Indictment and Exhibit D, pg. 26, 2019 Judgment). While his co- defendant received a sentence of probation for the same conduct (See Exhibit E, pg. 39, Co- Defendant. Judgment). Further he received 33 years for a conduct the bureau of prison's themselves sanction inmates to 30 days of segregation (See Exhibit F, pg. 45, Example of a sanctioned inmate) C) Also, the funds the government wrongly attributed to my son's case were monies I personally gave/loaned him (See Exhibit G, pg. 52, Bank Statements/affidavit.)
