The actors strike is over! So we can finally get back to doing the work we love to do! But just remember to take it one step at a time. There is so much pressure in this job to feel like we “should” be doing one thing or another and we don't always feel like we are moving any closer to the goal line or the line keeps moving.

So in this episode Ashley finds that it's a great excercise when she's feeling uninspired to look back at the things she's done and remember how they helped her grow or how they became an unexpected stepping stone to bigger and better things. Joins us!
