Who fakes cancer?? Toronto Canada resident Ashley Kirilow, that's who! Friends and co-workers organized fundraisers to help Ashley with her "cancer treatments" and she even received a free trip to Disney World, courtesy of the Skate4Cancer organization. She appeared at benefit concerts, arranged on her behalf. Her scamming wasn't limited to faking cancer though. Ashley Kirilow's social media page described a charity she set up called Change for the Cure which was supposed to fund cancer research. As you can guess, none of the money raised would ever go toward cancer research.
