I was price gouged for $396.00 twice and for $385.00 while residing at the

I was grossly and fraudulently mistreated by this place of business even after grossly tipping every 10 to 15 members of their employ.

From the trash collector to the housekeeper to the Cook to the bartender to the security guard to the maintenance man to the desk clerk I tipped several of these individuals no less than $5 more than once.

I have a well established history of tipping at every lodging establishment
I have stayed in in the state of Florida from Duval to Brevard County and even Southeastern Georgia.

During my December 2020 - February 2021 stay, l routinely purchased and brought breakfast, lunch and dinner to the front desk staff in addition to a monetary gratuity.

Shame on you avante International resort. You've lost my business forever. You need to clean your act up ASAP. I was not the only resident this winter that was overcharged / price gouged.

I sincerely hope this situation can be resolved amicably and quickly without need for legal recourse or arbitration.
