These chapters are the ones in which Cordelia finishes her urgent secret flight across the countryside and finally is reunited with Aral only to find out that the uterine replicator that holds her son has been taken by Vordarian's forces. When Aral tells her he won't "allow" her to retrieve it, Cordelia says, "Allow THIS, mister" and takes off on her own.
