The President has the power to lower flags on other occasions and this is an occasion that may be a good expression of grief. Currently at show time only four states have ordered flags to half-mast. How about The House this week voting to not allow personal Confederate flags on Confederate soldiers' grave sites in Federal cemeteries. How about the symbol of New Orleans being racist? Everything is racist anymore!
