Sitting here having a virtual sofa conversation with a couple of my favorite Black Talented Female Leaders, Felicia and Chantelle, discussing the recent comments from the CEO of Wells Fargo. Charles Scharf said, “While it might sound like an excuse, the unfortunate reality is that there is a very limited pool of black talent to recruit from.”
