In this episode we continue studying the book of Revelation. In this episode John reveals that at some point the earth will become a habitation of devils. Thayer's Dictionary says, habitation means to dwell in the soul, to pervade, to prompt, to govern.

The earth will become a habitation of devils because men and women will be prompted and governed by them.

When God pours out his wrath on the earth, He's also pouring out his wrath on evil spirits who dwell in men.

God pours out his wrath upon Babylon because her sins have reached into heaven.

So how does Babylon's sins and iniquities reach unto heaven? They reach heaven by "Cries."

~Sin has a voice and it cries out to God for vengeance. Spilled blood cries out for vengeance.

Blood has a voice, because life is in the blood.

Genesis 4:10  And he said, What hast thou done? the voice of thy brother's blood crieth unto me from the ground

~Cries of fraud and abuse by the rich in order to amass wealth has a voice, as James noted in James chapter 5 verses 1 through 6.

James 5:1  Go to now, ye rich men, weep and howl for your miseries that shall come upon you.

James 5:2  Your riches are corrupted, and your garments are moth eaten.

James 5:3  Your gold and silver is cankered; and the rust of them shall be a witness against you, and shall eat your flesh as it were fire. Ye have heaped treasure together for the last days.

James 5:4  Behold, the hire of the labourers who have reaped down your fields, which is of you kept back by fraud, crieth: and the cries of them which have reaped are entered into the ears of the Lord of sabaoth.

James 5:5  Ye have lived in pleasure on the earth, and been wanton; ye have nourished your hearts, as in a day of slaughter.

James 5:6  Ye have condemned and killed the just; and he doth not resist you.

~Rampant Sexual Sin Has A Voice And Cries Out To God.

Genesis 18:20  And the LORD said, Because the cry of Sodom and Gomorrah is great, and because their sin is very grievous;

Genesis 18:21  I will go down now, and see whether they have done altogether according to the cry of it, which is come unto me; and if not, I will know.

~Afflicting Widows Who Are Normally Elderly And The Fatherless Has A Voice.

Exodus 22:22  Ye shall not afflict any widow, or fatherless child.

Exodus 22:23  If thou afflict them in any wise, and they cry at all unto me, I will surely hear their cry.

The angel said Come out of her, my people, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues.

We must come out of the world while we have time, lest we partake of her sins and get caught up in her plagues. Plagues refers to public calamity and affliction.

Peter says, "Of a truth I perceive that God is no respecter of persons, But in every nation he that feareth him, and worketh righteousness, is accepted with him. Acts 10:34-25.

If we fear God and live a righteous life, the angel declares we will not suffer from the plagues God pours out on the land.
