He works with Pace Law Firm here in Toronto and is an expert on Eastern European affairs. He is also a DTM, a Distinguished Toastmaster – the highest level in the organization. We talked about the current Russia/Ukraine/NATO controversy. More than 100,000 Russian troops are massed on the border of Ukraine. Putin is demanding NATO never include Ukraine and that all new members in the last two and a half decades are effectively kicked out. He says a lot of Ukraine is actually Russia. What will happen?
