Whether is be weight loss, fat loss, muscle growth, better athlete, better marathon runner, healthier individual etc all these require long term approaches. During the epsiode you will hear me talk about how you should not associate habits with goals. The reason being because once you reach that goal, that habit that was associated with that goal with also most likely fall off.
