Etapa 21 de este Tour de Francia 2024. Llegabamos ya a la última etapa, en una jornada histórica ya que por primera vez en su historia el Tour de Francia no terminaría en París sino en Niza y además con una crono individual.  

Jornada en la que hemos podido disfrutar del ultimo baile entre los 3 grandes favoritos de la carrera y es que entre ellos estaba la pelea por la etapa.  

Contrarreloj exigente con esas dificultades montañosas donde hemos visto adelantarse a ciclistas con la bici de crono a los que han decidido llevar la que llevan habitualmente de montaña y a la inversa.  

Jornada de calor donde Tadej Pogacar ha terminado llevándose el gato al agua consolidando de esta manera su sexta victoria de etapa y tercer Tour de Francia.  

Destacable actuación la que ha tenido Mikel Landa que yo es la crono que mejor le recuerdo, la verdad, espectacular como ha acabado el Tour.  

Con esto llegamos a la conclusión del Tour de Francia nos despedimos hasta el comienzo de la Vuelta a España recordad que no será el mismo 17 de agosto, sino antes ya que haremos previa y demás como habitualmente.

Stage 21 of the 2024 Tour de France. We have reached the final stage, marking a historic day as, for the first time in its history, the Tour de France will not finish in Paris but in Nice, and with an individual time trial.  

It was a day where we enjoyed the last dance between the three main favorites of the race, and the battle for the stage was among them. A demanding time trial with those mountainous difficulties where we saw cyclists overtaking others with their time trial bikes, while some chose to ride their usual mountain bikes and vice versa.  

A hot day where Tadej Pogacar ended up taking the win, consolidating his sixth stage victory and third Tour de France title. Noteworthy was the performance of Mikel Landa, delivering the best time trial I can remember from him, truly spectacular how he finished the Tour.   

With this, we conclude the Tour de France. We say goodbye until the start of the Vuelta a España. Remember, it will not be on August 17th, but earlier as we will have previews and more as usual.   Don't miss it, I'll be taking attendance.
