Department of Justice to sue State of California for interfering with it's ability to enforce immigration law. Arizona was told it couldn't enforce immigration law when the Obama Administration refused to enforce it. Now, California (and many cities within it) are refusing to simply notify the federal government regarding the immigration status of those they have already detained. Tenth Amendment is not a license for obstruction. West Virginia teacher strike ends after a 5% raise is agreed upon. This whole process is just not commendable or appealing to me. Talking points with no real meaning. Free market principles in education. Some of my experiences on a school board. Value of education.
