Loretta Ann Frank was a 19 year old indigenous woman living in B.C. Canada in 1989. She was diagnosed with Schizophrenia and living in an assisted living facility in Whitehorse when she visited her brother and sister-in-law in Yukon. after her visit, they never saw her again. 5 years later, police would FINALLY look into her disappearance.  Anyone with information about her disappearance can contact the M division RCMP at 867-667-5555 and the case number is 20141625917
