Each generation has their own coming of age experience. Millennials will too. We have to push them to step up.

GenZ born after the year 2000. Every generation will have their own challenge.

Multitasking is a myth and a lie. We task-switch, but no one can truly multi-task.

Millennials live in an instant feedback driven environment.

Millennials trust each other more than they trust an expert.

Millennials are taking 7 years longer to do things that adults did in previous generations. The #1 reason they are saying they don't get married is that they are paying off student loan debt.

We overinflated an entire generation of people who were asked "What college are you going to?" rather than "ARE you going to college?" Not everyone is meant to go to college. And not every college degree will make you career-ready.
