'Beyond Lisbon' blogger Cátia Lima is back with us talking about Portuguese drinking at Christmas & New Year, whether we are drinking to celebrate or to forget!

The focus will be on lesser known drinks, rather than the usual suspects like Port, Madeira and Beirão.

"I think this would be particularly interesting for anyone spending some time in the holidays with Portuguese families and, or neighbours," says Cátia, "for expats that have been living in Portugal for some time but don't really know about things like these."

This will also be a great opportunity for us all to talk about our favourite Portuguese small businesses, and the importance of buying from them at Christmas...
