Come to Me, all you who labor and are heavy-laden and overburdened, and I will cause you to rest. I will ease and relieve and refresh your souls. (Matthew 11:28)
When you're feeling tired and lonely, the best remedy is to remember God is with you. Jesus himself lives in you, and your body is wholly filled and flooded with God Himself. Who gives you his strength and his power to meet what ever the demands of the day requires.
Think about who God the he is the Lord God Almighty, the Creator of the heavens and the earth, visible and invisible; the thrones and the dominions and the power and the principalities, all things were created through him and for him, and he is above all things, and all things consist in him.
He is the great I am, the Lord God Almighty, your Savior and your Shepherd, your friend who will never leave you nor for sake you, he will not, he will not, he will not in any way disappoint you are fairly.
He is fully aware of your every situation and circumstance as well as your thoughts and feelings about the circumstances and situations. Everything about you is important to God and knows your needs before you come to him. So come to Him with open heart and open arms, expecting His absolute best to be done in your life.
And because you are so precious to God, remember the many ways that he takes care of you each day and helps you.
Thanking for everything that the Holy Spirit brings to your mind that He is doing each day, and relax in His loving presence with you and for you.
He is your Abba Father, your Daddy God; so talk to Him about all things, great and small. Those things are weighing you down in those things that lift you up.
Even though He knows all about them He listens to them as if it's the very first time He's ever heard, and He takes great delight in your joys and your gladness, any conference you with Hism presence and his word and His peace in your distresses.
For sure concerns to your father, tell him about the things that are bothering. He didn't break choose to carry the loads of word, anxiousness, cares and concerns. He created you in Christ Jesus so that Christ in you, would bare your burdens and give you His peace and His joy, even in the midst of trials and troubles.
“Casting the whole of your care all your anxieties, all your worries, all your concerns, once and for all on Him, for He cares for you affectionately and cares about you watchfully. (1 Peter 5:7)
When you come to God your Father, the light of his presence shines on you, and you see things more clearly. Together with Him you can sort out what's important and what's not important. You can see where the enemy is trying to cause you to doubt God.
Moreover as you soak in his presence, his face shines upon – blessing, encouraging and comforting you and all the affairs of life that you have brought to Him.
And his peace that surpasses all understanding gives you the assurance that you will again praise Him for His help, His presence and his power toward you who believes in him, and relies on him, and depends on Him.
