T. Dupree Scovell is the managing partner and chief investment officer at Woodbine Development Corporation, specializing in hospitality. He began in the hotel industry at 16 and joined Woodbine in 2011, opening a West Coast office in LA. Dupree leads the team with his brother King, oversees acquisitions, capital markets, and Woodbine Legacy Investments. Previously, he worked at Trammell Crow Company in Dallas. Recognized as one of “Tomorrow's Newsmakers” and “40 Under 40,” Dupree holds four bachelor’s degrees from Texas Tech and two master’s degrees from Stanford. He supports public education and the Scovell Scholarship Foundation for underprivileged students.
