Western countries have finally realized that China is an antagonist and not a trustworthy partner.
For decades since the death of #mao leaders in America and elsewhere have cultivated the illusion that #china could behave honestly and be part of a sound global governance.
The illusion has been shattered and the OECD countries should change their approach vis à vis China, by confronting its challenge and thwarting its sleaze.
Our guest, Clyde Prestowitz, who led the first #USA #trade delegation to China in 1982 gives his view on how to deal with the rival superpower and contain its hegemonic ambition.
