John will a lawsuit that AFL is participating in with Texas and a coalition of 19 states to stop Biden’s DHS from going forward with its bluntly unlawful “parole” program to allow 30,000 illegal aliens from Haiti, Nicaragua, Cuba and Venezuela into the US each month. There is no statutory authority for this so it is a raw exercise of power.
