The COVID-19 pandemic has generated new opportunities and challenges for (OCGs). In order to better understand how is that they adapt to and exploit this crisis, Almost 30 real-life cases were identified worldwide and further analysed by Transcrime researchers regarding two main criminal dynamics: illegal governance and infiltration of the legal economy.
