ABOUT THE GUEST
Dr. Chinasa Elue (she/her/hers) is an associate professor of Educational Leadership and Higher Education at Kennesaw State University. She received her doctorate in educational leadership from Clemson University with a certificate in Policy Studies, her M.Ed in Educational Leadership from Valdosta State University, and her bachelor’s in psychology from the University of Georgia. Her research focuses on grief leadership, trauma-informed leadership practices in organizational settings, and the health and well-being of historically marginalized and underrepresented faculty, staff, and students across the P-20 continuum. Dr. Elue runs the research lab for the Study of Emotional Intelligence, Leadership Effectiveness, and Well-Being of Educational Leaders.
