Former Black Cap and current Otago Sparks coach in women's domestic cricket, Craig Cumming, joins Martin Devlin on It's Only Sport talking all about the art of coaching. Cumming has been working with the Otago women for four years, the last two of those as their permanent head coach, having guided them to victory in the Hallyburton Johnstone Shield one-day competition last weekend.
