The woman had allegedly thrown a planter vase through the rear passenger window of the Uber driver’s vehicle. Upon arrival, the officers recognized the suspect as 36-year-old Jessica Rosewall. As a homeless woman living in Hoboken, Jessica was already known to Hoboken Police.
As the officers spoke with Jessica, they noticed that she was incoherent and detected the odor of alcohol. As they attempted to gather information, Jessica continued to yell at the officers. Based on her behavior and the witness account of what happened, Jessica was placed under arrest for Criminal Mischief and Disorderly Conduct and transported to police HQ. At police HQ, Jessica refused to be fingerprinted. Jessica was charged with the following: Criminal Mischief (2C:33-2), Disorderly Conduct (2C:17-3), and Refusal to be Fingerprinted (53:1-15)
