Officers responded to a hostile situation in progress in regard to a man who was identified as "Henry" who pulled a gun on a tow truck driver as he was trying to tow his car away. "Henry" claimed the man was trying to "steal" the car. He was charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, armed burglary, resisting without violence and improper exhibition of a fireman.
